This page explains how you can request the deletion of your account and associated data.
How to Delete Your Account
You can request account deletion using any of the following methods:
Method 1: Inside the App (Recommended)
- Open the DotsEducate app
- Go to Settings
- Tap Delete Account
- Confirm your request
Method 2: Request via Email
If you cannot access the app, you can request deletion by email:
Send an email to: [mr.pudotine.com]
Subject: Account Deletion Request
Include the following:
- Your registered email address
- Your username (if applicable)
What Data Will Be Deleted?
When you request account deletion, we will permanently delete:
- Your account information (email, username)
- Your quiz progress and scores
- Any saved preferences
Data Retention
- Your data will be deleted within 7–30 days after your request
- Some data may be temporarily retained if required for:
- Legal obligations
- Fraud prevention
- Security purposes
Important Notes
- Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone
- You will lose all your progress and saved data
- If you sign up again, you will start fresh
